120 original creations: how a drink is born at the Bahamas Club
From concept to glass, each of Bahamas Club's 120 signature drinks goes through a creative process that combines technique, premium ingredients and a unique sensorial narrative.
A cocktail shop with its own identity
At the Bahamas Club, the cocktail lounge is not just a bar - it is a laboratory for original creations. There are more than 120 drinks on the menu, each one developed by the team of bartenders with a clear philosophy: each cocktail should tell a story and provoke an emotion.
The creative process behind each drink
Every creation begins with a feeling or memory that the bartender wants to evoke. From there, he selects base spirits, fresh ingredients and specific techniques to build a complete sensory experience.
Three signatures that marked the season
The Sol de Indianópolis combines aged cachaça with passion fruit puree, Tahiti lemon and a touch of pink pepper - served in a crystal glass rimmed with pink salt. Night in the Garden uses botanical gin, cucumber, fresh mint and rose water, finished with Madagascar vanilla foam. The Fogo e Gelo mixes dark whiskey, orange bitters, caramelized demerara sugar and is served with fresh oak wood smoke.
Techniques that elevate the experience
The team masters techniques such as cold infusion, spherification, flavored foams and barrel aging. Each method is chosen not for technical demonstration, but because it adds a sensorial layer to the drink. A vanilla foam on a Negroni is not decoration - it's an aromatic bridge that connects the nose to the palate.
The presentation as part of the experience
The glass, the temperature, the decoration, even the sound of the ice - everything is calibrated. Cocktails are served in crystal glasses with specific shapes for each recipe, because the experience begins before the first sip. The dry glaze that surrounds certain drinks creates a visual curtain that transforms the table into a stage.
Visit and discover its history
Every quarter, the bar launches a new collection of signature drinks. Each cocktail is inspired by a feeling or memory - the warmth of a summer afternoon, the coolness of a rainy night, the intensity of an unexpected encounter. Come to Bahamas Club and discover which drink tells your story.
